Our Story

Heritage Single
Family Office

“Wealth is not an end in itself — it is a responsibility. Our purpose is to steward what has been built,
grow it wisely, and ensure it serves our family and the world well for generations to come.”

Ratan Jindal, Chairman

The Founder

The Roots

It began in 1952 with a single bucket-manufacturing unit in Liluah. O. P. Jindal, a farmer’s son from Nalwa village in Haryana, would go on to build one of India’s most enduring industrial legacies. Known as “The Man Who Spoke to Machines,” his vision transformed a modest enterprise into a global powerhouse.

The Vision

From surveying open land to commissioning world-class facilities, the founder's hands-on approach became the family's defining ethos. Every plan reviewed, every partnership forged was guided by a belief that industry must serve community.

Manufacturing Complex

The Enterprise

Today, the family's industrial legacy spans global stainless steel manufacturing, ranking among the top ten producers worldwide. What began with one unit now encompasses integrated complexes creating livelihoods for thousands and contributing to India's industrial self-reliance.

Investment Philosophy

Patient, Disciplined, Global

We do not seek to maximise short-term financial returns. Capital is deployed selectively where fundamentals are strong,
risks well understood, and the horizon allows value to be realised.

I

Impact Investing

Capital directed toward investments generating positive impact on community and society alongside financial returns.

II

Patient Capital

Capital deployed with a long-term horizon. Time to identify the right opportunities rather than deploying rapidly.

III

Regular Income

Portfolio structured for consistent, reliable income streams with a strong margin of safety.

IV

Intergenerational Preservation

Protecting and growing real value across generations - not a vehicle for aggressive wealth generation.
